Thanks, you are amazing! It's a functional hotel with savoury breakfast, the location is unbeatable anywhere near a nice downtown neighbourhood. The staff are extremely helpful, answered every question I had. The room is good-sized and includes a large bathroom.

The indoor pool was a major letdown. It was closed without any prior notice. The lobby was uncomfortably hot at check-in, and I had to wait a while for someone to assist. Staff proved friendly but could've been more responsive during busy times. Housekeeping left a few hairs on the bathroom floor when we checked in, off-putting. The hotel has potential but needs better management of facilities.
